Welcome to DSC Apply Company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services related to Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and USB Tokens. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Provided
DSC Apply Company offers:
- Issuance of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) through licensed Certifying Authorities (SignX, VSign, Pantasign, Sify, Capricorn, Emudhra).
- Supply of genuine USB Tokens (HYP2003, ProxKey, mToken) for secure DSC storage and use.
- Assistance with DSC application, installation, renewal, and customer support.
2. Eligibility
- The applicant must provide accurate and valid documents (PAN, Aadhaar, ID proofs, etc.) for DSC issuance.
- The applicant must be 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
- Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the DSC application.
3. Application & Verification
- DSCs are issued only after successful verification as per CCA (Controller of Certifying Authorities, Govt. of India) guidelines.
- Customers are responsible for submitting correct and complete details during the application.
- DSC Apply Company is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All payments must be completed before DSC/USB Token processing.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any order confirmed with payment will be honored at the agreed price.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable after successful application processing, except in case of product/service unavailability.
5. Delivery of USB Tokens
- USB Tokens will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
- DSC Apply Company is not responsible for delays once the product is dispatched.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must keep their USB Token and DSC credentials secure.
- Misuse, loss, or compromise of DSC/Token is the responsibility of the customer.
- DSC Apply Company is not liable for unauthorized use of DSC after issuance.
7. Support & Assistance
- We provide installation and usage support via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Our support team is available 24×7 for technical help and guidance.
8. Limitation of Liability
- DSC Apply Company acts only as a facilitator between customers and licensed Certifying Authorities.
- We are not liable for rejection, cancellation, or delays by Certifying Authorities.
- We are not responsible for losses due to misuse of DSC, expired certificates, or customer negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of DSC Apply Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
10. Amendments
DSC Apply Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
