Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Period: 7 Days from the date of purchase

1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days following your purchase of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) or USB Tokens. Unfortunately, once this period has passed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible.

2. What Cannot Be Returned

  • Downloadable software products (like DSC files or utilities) are non-returnable.
  • Sale items are ineligible for refunds.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, you need to provide proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or card statement.
  • Then contact your bank or credit company—it may take some time to process.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange:

  • Email us at dsc@dscapply.com.
  • Ship your item to:
    D-7, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092.
    You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the gift giver arranged the shipment and wants the refund, the refund will be issued to them.
