Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials.
- Flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to post.
- Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at dsc@dscapply.com and send your item to: D-7, Vikas Marg Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, and they will learn of your return.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, the exchange may take varying times to reach you. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
